Kaberne

Cabernet Sauvignon is a technical sort of vine. This French sort of vine is widely spread in Bardeaux, it is cultivated in many countries of the world - in Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Italy, Romania, USA, Argentina and Japan. It belongs to the eco-geographical group of West European types of vine. 

The bark of young vine is reseda or almost white with vinous tint covering of serrations. The leaves are much  dissected, chlorine, with a well expressed reddish tint  and a strong rose-white spider covering.

One-year vine is light-nut colored, on nodes is russet.  Flower is telianthus. The bunch is of middle size (length is 12-15 cm, width 7-8 cm), cylinder-conical form,  sometimes with a wing, friable. The middle mass of  bunch is 73 gram.

The bunch’s stalk is long - up to 7 cm. Middle round  berry (diameter 13-15 mm), dark-blue, with a thick  waxen covering. A peel is thick and rough. Pulp is very juicy with colorless juice. Taste is ordinary with flavor  of nightshade. Middle mass of 100 berries is 80-120 gram.  The berry contains 1-3 seeds. 

The harvest of grape is used mainly for preparation of  table vintage red wines, and also in blend for the receipt  of high-quality wine material of champagne type and  juices. These wines have an aroma of blackberry, juniper,  with high maintenance of tannins.Cabernet Sauvignon vine is widely spread in the world, because of late ripening, fertile only in a warm climate. The color, aroma and tannins, contained in the thick peel of its little dark-blue berries, do not have equal analogues. Careful production processes and vintage in oak barrels allow getting one of lasting and intrigues red wines.
