Golubok
Golubok - is a technical sort of vine. The bark of young vine is chlorine with a wine-red bordering, weakly downy. Young leaves are green with a bronze tint and wine-red bordering, indumentum on both sides is cobweb with middle density.
One-year ripening vine is brown with wine-red nodes. Flower is teleianthous. Bunch is of middle size (length is 15-17 cm, width 9-11 cm), conical and cylinder-conical form, with a wing of middle thickness.
The middle mass of bunch is 100-120 gram. The berry is of middle size (diameter is about 15 mm), rounded, black with a strong waxen covering. Middle mass of 100 berries is 160 gram.
Peel is thin and durable. Pulp is juicy, juice is intensively colored. Taste is ordinary, pleasant, with tones of blackberry and poppy. The advances of this vine are: thickly foliaceous vine with rifle-green hard leaves; conical form, often with a wing, bunches; early-ripening berries with the intensive ruby coloring of juice.
Young thin vine has a plentystepchild. Leaves are small, integral, bright, uncovered.The autumn coloring of leaves is wine-red.
The resistance to the cold is higher, than of European sorts of vine because of rich maintenance of tannic and dyeings matters. This sort of vine is used for blend juices and wines. It is recommended for preparation of the deep painted table and strong sweet wines.
