Bianka
Bianka - is a winy sort of vine with early term of ripening. The bushes are of middle size. Bunches are small. Mass is about 90-120 gram, cylindrical form and of moderate density.
Berries are middle and small, mass is 1,5 gram, rounded or slightly oval, yellow-green colored. Taste is harmonious. Pulp is juicy, and peel is thin. Sugar content 20-28% at acidity of 7-9 g/l. Ripening of vine is good. Frost-resistance: -25-27 °С. Vine is autoorthotropous with delicate crown.
The grape can protractedly hang on bushes accumulating sugar, with the small decline of acidity that allows, depending on the terms of harvesting, preparing dry, and semi sweet, fortified and sweet wines from Bianka.
