Your excursion begins in the halls of the folk museum "Tavria". The exhibits of museum will tell you about the glorious 115-years-old history of an enterprise. You will enjoy the contrast of the air conditioned guest quarters with the sun-drenched vineyards.
Here it is possible to find the sun, the air enriched by the steppe aroma, boundless rows of vineyards stretched far with unique drip irrigation, where elite strains of vineyards and juicy bunches of grapes are grown. To rear an abundant yield of grapes is not an easy business. But that is not all.
With the technological process of transformation of wonderful grapes to wonderful drinks you will be acquainted by the technologists of "Tavria". The quality control department of brandy alcohols and the bottling department will be shown you and of course you will be invited on wine- and brandy- tasting.
