Not leaving our town, you can visit a famous Turkish bath of "Hammam" and the bath with petals of roses.And then, leisurely, while listening, oriental music you will enjoy the taste and aroma of green tea in our resting room.
What is the real Turkish bath of "Hammam" ?
Actually hammam - is the Turkish steam bath. It is an apartment with flat stones (stones for belly) - the stone benches. First touches of body to hot moist flat stones give already the feelings of relaxation and felicity.
The temperature in Hammam allows being there long time, on comparison, for example, with a sauna - a feeling after such assignment is unusually pleasant. Turkish bath undoubtedly is the sparing one. The bath is very moistly and not hot. The maximal temperature is about 48-52 degrees.Tender bath steam splendidly operates on an organism. The heat is carrying out with pleasure. The layer of warm fresh steam covers you. And process of warming up goes gradually.
While having the Turkish bath you not only wash all your body from top to toe, during this procedure your skin clears up by the most effective way. A soapy massage is a famous invention of the Turkish bath attendants – it steams out muscles and smoothes out your skin. Hot steam opens pores, and a skin begins self-purifying.
