Technological system
The modern high-performance production equipment is used on a company foundation. The high-performance presses with automatic control of chemical composition of must, modern high-performance filling lines, modern equipment for an analysis and quality of products control, and other.
The executive system of products quality, which is certificated on the standard of
ISO 9001, was installed in company in 2005.
In area of the wine making the company has the complete technological cycle of production - from viniculture to the issue of the prepared products. From a moment of yield receipt to delivery of prepared products, the modern equipment is used:
• The manipulator for an automatic selection and determination of chemistry raw material;
• The automatic line of grapes processing with the use of pneumatic presses;
• The plant for wine materials treatment by cold in a stream;
• The plant for wine materials fining in a stream;
• The automatic pasteurizer-cooler;
• The filters of double filtration;
• The suction filter for utilization of wastes.
Dry and half-dry natural wines are made on classic technology, on modern equipment, with the absolute observance of standards. Such approach allows completely saving the taste and the aroma of wine.
Half-dry and semisweet wines are kept at the low temperatures of 0 ± 2° Ñ to the moment of bottling, saving freshness and unique aroma of flowers and herbages of the fields. Dry wines are maintained in oak barrels in basements.
In the area of brandy production - the technology of brandy is based on classic direction of brandy production, used in town Cognac provinces Sharanta.
The supplies of old brandy alcohols allow providing a necessary amount and high quality of products.
Self-control of brandy alcohols is made in especially neat oak barrels in the special apartments at a stationary temperature and observance of certain terms. We produce ordinary and vintage brandies.
The new progressive equipment is used for the production of brandies:
• newest options of filtrations,
• bottling lines of high performance,
• for products design, the original types of packing and materials are used.
Searching of new technology and development of new types of products is constantly conducted.The issue of the first creative brandy of "ALEXX Silver" is mastered in 2002.It is specially intended for modern young people which perceive the idea of moderate consumption of alcohol.In 2003-2004 the line of brandy of TM "ALEXX" was complemented "ALEXX Gold" and "ALEXX Platinum" brandy.
The issue of vintage brandy "Georgievskiy kavaler" is also mastered.
First in Ukraine, the unique system of energy-saving technology with a balancing conserving, including the efficient use of gas for making its own electric power, introduction of the in-plant system of cold making, were installed on the company.
