Quality control
The quality control of products and processes, and also the actions of quality management are major components of the general strategy of our management team. All of our personnel are focused on this critical aspect. The basic centers of quality management are the laboratory of quality management, production-control laboratory, and inspectors in workshops and in all departments.
In all stages of the technological cycle, rigid quality control of the products and processes is conducted:
- Quality control of raw material (sugar contents, acidity, color, taste of grape);
- Quality control of water;
- Quality control of applied auxiliary materials (bottles, corks, baskets, chemical preparations);
- Control of technological processes and products during processing;
- Quality control of ready to use products.
To achieve these goals, the newest equipment and most progressive methods of control are used. The personnel that specialize in quality control are highly qualified and continuously trained in the certification centers of the Ukrainian Organization of Quality-Control. Due to the combining of personnel skills, we have succeeded in getting products with unique qualities and properties which are enjoyed by our customers.
